it’s not the ending but goodbye, you

mind game joe gila banget banget dark triad sejati narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopath. Dimasukin ke cerita yang masuk akal cuma sayang endingnya dibikin kurang. Kate semestinya dipenjara kalau emang hidup she’s not deserve happy ending

the music oh my gosh I loved it so much before, now I love it even more. you’re reckless, sad but I miss you. everything is your fault and everything is not your fault. I swear loneliness is the thing I don’t want the most.

Memang benar pada akhirnya kebenaran yg menang, tpi sbg protagonis joe harusnya bs dapat ending yg lebih baik dr ini, atau memang sengaja dibiarin idup karna masih bimbang apakah mau dibuat lanjutannya

The ending is actually an open-ended ending. instead of concluding the story, it left us reflect on to whether what Joe has been doing is actually morally right or wrong. cause at the end, he could still justify everything he’s done with a logical reason tho.
It’s up to us to judge and decide. It also can be analyzed through the approach of whether human being is intrinsically good or bad. if human being is intrinsically good, then basically Joe is forgivable. there’s hope. if not, then Kate and everyone else besides Joe are just hypocrites that’d just do the same morally wrong thing to serve their purpose in the future.
But then again, I still strongly believe that taking someone’s life is absolutely wrong. so, maybe try to reflect upon other things, like what if he does is not killing but simply stealing.. stuff like that.
Regardless, I love this series so much cause it took the audience to observe and delve deep into different people’s behaviour and thought.
